Positive: The check-in process was simple and straightforward Negative: 1. There was an undisclosed and compulsory security deposit of £300, which was not clearly communicated in advance. As at the time of writing this review, the deposit has not yet been released, despite my having checked out since 4th February. This experience discouraged me from recommending the property to others. 2. Communication was quite poor. The only effective means of contact was WhatsApp, responses were often delayed, and there was no direct assistance when I requested help on how to operate the room heating. Instead, I was referred to an online customer portal, which was unclear and difficult to understand.
