An absolute nightmare stay Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: From the moment I walked into this property, I was completely shocked. The accommodation looked nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. Instead of the clean and welcoming place shown online, I was met with a filthy, outdated room that honestly felt more like a prison cell than a holiday stay. The entire property was dirty, dusty, and poorly maintained. There was water everywhere, the room was unbearably hot, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The most disturbing discovery was inside the drawers, where we found used condom packets, lubricant wrappers, dust, dirt, and other rubbish. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the property manager, he was completely unhelpful. He insisted that the property was clean “to his standard,” despite the obvious state of the room. Rather than addressing the problems or offering any solution, he simply ignored my concerns. The only time he contacted me again was on the day of checkout. The level of dirt and neglect throughout the property is difficult to put into words. As someone who regularly books accommodation through Booking.com, I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever stayed. The condition of the property, the misleading photos, and the lack of support from management made for an incredibly disappointing experience. I strongly advise anyone considering booking this property to avoid it at all costs. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and unpleasant experience.

Value for money. Positive: Crossharbour is on the border of modern Docklands and the older Isle of Dogs suburbs. The DLR station is very close. Greenwich is 10 mins and central London "Bank" is 20 mins. A large supermarket is close by. Mudchute is a lovely, open country park. WIFI is fast and reliable. The Kitchen is well equipped. The bedsheets are good quality. There is a parking spot but we did not need it. Negative: The Windows are old single glazed and noise from the DLR is noticeable. Windows do not open easily. The extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet were not working

Close to train station, comfortable stay. Positive: Morern two storey apartment. Kitchen was good. Close to train station. Close to supermarket. Negative: We liked everything.

Positive: Thank you for the wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. I stayed for a week and everything was amazing, truly a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will come again.
