Positive: The apartment is spacious with fantastic views. There is a lot of kitchen equipment. Negative: The check in is a bit cumbersome, but nothing serious. The kitchen lacks enough bowls and side plates. Considering how upscale the furnishings are i would have expected better glasses

Excellent property good locatioin for work and play. Positive: This property is spectacular! It is clean and has great views of the River Thames and the London skyline. The location was ideal for our business trip, with easy access to the London Underground for sightseeing and Heathrow Airport. Our contact, Steven, was invaluable and responded quickly to our needs. Negative: There were only little things, like I couldn't make the coffeemaker work, but I blame myself as Steven actually showed me how to work it. I just used the kettle to make instant coffee. Also (this isn't a negative), the extra towels are in a drawer in the master closet.

Forgot ipad in flat was charged £55 admin fee in addition to shipping fees delevery not allowed to flat. my sister abroad didnt know about that purchased an item to the flat address but host has no access to parcel room so we never got item nor was it returned to the sender.
